Frequently Asked Questions
What does life coaching look like?
How does coaching differ from counselling?
Coaches and counsellors are similar: both coaches and counsellors want to help you create a life you feel inspired about. They both create a professional atmosphere of trust, non-judgement, and support and both help you identify what is holding you back.
The way in which each of them works with you to achieve this is slightly different.
Counselling has a focus more on the past, working through challenges and the emotions that stem from or may be a result of past actions or behaviours. Coaching on the other hand has a quick look into your past before moving into a more current and future based focus. Shining a light on where you are currently and where you would ideally like to be. We then bridge the gap by uncovering what things can change and what you need to do in order to create the life of your dreams.
How do I know if life coaching is for me?
Can I just book a one-off coaching session?
One off sessions are not advised. Consistency is the key to creating new habbits, beliefs, behavious and lasting change. I do offer a complimentary discovery session as a chance to connect and see if we are a good fit to work together. I have 3 options for us to work together, 6 weeks, 3 months or 6 months. These are designed to ensure you are provided with accountability and support on your journey to creating real and lasting change. Your options are here
Do you coach online?
What is the time and frequency of the coaching sessions?
This appointment is best set at a mutually agreed time and at the same time each week.
Weekly sessions are an optimal timeframe to maintain motivation and keep you inspired and on track.

I provide my clients with unlimited phone, text and email support during the hours of 8:30am and 7pm. These laser coaching sessions are designed to support you in navigating any challenges between sessions or anything that comes up during your reflection or home play activities.
